Shipping Policy

We aim to get KÉLÓ to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping within continental Canada is a flat $5. Shipping rates to other Canadian regions are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

I’d probably use exactly this rather than Shopify’s giant boilerplate policy. It’s enough to establish expectations without making buying a case of KÉLÓ feel like entering into a mortgage agreement.
